This past week we finalized our conference analysis, and I couldn’t be prouder to share what it reveals about our growth. We recorded over 600 check-ins across 12 NHCA sessions, about 10 percent of all conference traffic. That number represents more than attendance, it shows the movement we’re building together.
In just 18 months, NHCA has become a gathering point for leaders in construction, real estate, and finance. We’re connecting with the ownership and leadership levels of the industry, the decision makers who drive projects, partnerships, and opportunity. If you’ve been looking for where to grow your network or business, follow the NHCA trail. This is where real connections happen, and new collaborations begin.
But we’re just getting started. The next step for NHCA is reaching every level of construction. We won’t stop until every trade and every crew sees themselves represented and active in our mission. So, to all owners, investors, CEOs, VPs, directors, and managers my message is clear:
BRING YOUR CREWS. Bring your teams, tell us what skills they need, and we’ll build around that together. Our purpose has always been simple, to empower Hispanics in construction through capacity building. We’re here to serve you and your teams.
And speaking of building together, our expansion continues full speed ahead. As Tina Hernandez, NHCA Ambassador, said best: “We’re on expansion mode.” Across the country, we’re activating new chapters, identifying emerging markets, and sourcing strong local leaders who share our vision. If you know a region where NHCA isn’t yet active, reach out, we’re already scouting for new chapter boards throughout the rest of this year and mapping out new markets for Q1 and Q2 of 2026. You can check our Market Expansion Map and contact us at vision@nhca.pro. to make sure your city is part of this next wave of growth.
While market growth continues, Tina is leading our Chapter Leadership Initiative, ensuring that expansion goes hand in hand with quality and collaboration. Drawing from her years of experience at NAHREP, she’s helping chapters refine how they operate, from sponsorship growth and board organization to boosting attendance, teamwork, and accountability. This effort reminds us that NHCA isn’t about isolated chapters; it’s a unified network where each board strengthens the others. When we share best practices and lessons learned, WE ALL RISE TOGETHER, WE ALL LEARN TOGETHER.
