NHCA-Nashville

Nashville is experiencing a dynamic surge in its construction sector, marked by significant projects that are reshaping the city's skyline and infrastructure. The ambitious 60-story Paramount Tower, set to become Tennessee's tallest building upon its completion in 2027, exemplifies this growth. Additionally, the upcoming $2.1 billion domed stadium for the Tennessee Titans, slated to open in 2027, underscores the city's commitment to enhancing its urban landscape. This construction boom is further supported by Governor Bill Lee's proposal to allocate over $1 billion toward road projects, addressing the state's infrastructure needs. Hispanic professionals play a vital role in this expansion, comprising a significant portion of the construction workforce. The National Hispanic Construction Alliance (NHCA) is dedicated to empowering these individuals by providing access to educational resources, financial capital, and career advancement opportunities. The launch of NHCA's Nashville chapter signifies a commitment to fostering growth and ensuring that Hispanic construction professionals are integral to shaping the city's vibrant future.

Chapter Focus

Our chapter’s focus is clear: to bridge the gap between hard work and high-level success through expanded access to education, professional certifications, and strategic industry partnerships. We believe that when we nurture and educate our Latino and Hispanic construction friends, we create a ripple effect of empowerment that benefits the community at large. My goal is to ensure that individuals of all ages can find the tools they need to improve themselves, support their families, and drive our regional economy forward. Together, we are building a legacy of excellence, one professional at a time.
