The founder of GirlFlipper LLC and Su Casa Development, dedicated to building wealth together through construction and real estate. Born in East Los Angeles, she creates opportunities for others to learn about house flipping, ADUs, and development. As a Latina entrepreneur, she is passionate about empowering others to think bigger, trust the process, and thrive in the industry.

Nohemi Chavez
NHCA San Diego
President
A San Diego native, began her real estate career in 2004, later gaining expertise in distressed properties while working in bankruptcy and estate planning. In 2014, she returned to real estate full-time, managing hundreds of fix-and-flips. Now, she runs her own company, overseeing home renovations and construction across San Diego.

Tina Hernandez

Ambassador
Leads OMNI Construction Services, where she successfully spearheaded the company’s transition to commercial construction in 2023, expanding its impact across affordable housing and federally funded early childhood education projects. A seasoned real estate veteran, she is passionate about building wealth through real estate and empowering others to do the same. She is a best-selling author of Latinas in Construction, SUCCESS coach, and a proud grandmother.
