Chapter Focus

The Charlotte Chapter is focused on strengthening our members’ skills in Bidding & Estimating, Contract Management, and Project Takeoff to help secure and manage projects efficiently. We also offer training in Crew Leadership to build strong job site leaders, and our Leadership 360 program supports well-rounded personal and professional growth. These efforts ensure our members are equipped to lead and succeed in today’s construction industry.
