NHCA-Denver

Denver's construction sector is experiencing robust growth, particularly in mixed-use developments that integrate residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. The industrial real estate market is also expanding, driven by the city's strategic location and increasing demand for logistics and distribution centers. This surge in construction activity reflects Denver's ongoing commitment to urban development and economic vitality, offering numerous opportunities for professionals in the construction industry.

Message From Juan L. Sanchez, NHCA-Denver, President

I am honored to serve as the Inaugural President of the Denver Chapter of the National Hispanic Construction Alliance (NHCA). For over 30 years, I have dedicated my career to helping Hispanic-owned businesses expand their presence and gain a greater share of the market. Now, I am excited to lead this chapter and create new opportunities for our community.

Denver’s market is primed for true affordable housing solutions, and this presents a tremendous opportunity for Hispanic-owned construction companies. The NHCA will play a crucial role in helping our members connect with suppliers, gain access to new business opportunities, and receive essential education on insurance, licensing, and the path to becoming general contractors, developers, or whatever they aspire to achieve.
