NHCA - NorCal

Northern California, home to a vibrant mix of urban centers, tech-driven innovation, and major infrastructure projects, stands as a key hub in the evolution of construction across the West Coast. From housing developments in the Bay Area to large-scale transportation and public works, the region offers immense opportunities for growth, collaboration, and impact. The launch of the NHCA NorCal Chapter reflects our commitment to empowering Hispanic construction professionals in this vital market—providing a platform for networking, leadership development, and access to the tools and resources needed to lead in a rapidly changing industry.

Chapter Focus

In the coming year, the NHCA NorCal Chapter will focus on strengthening core areas of Construction Project Management, including Bidding & Estimating and Contract Management, to help members submit competitive proposals and protect their business interests. Through initiatives like Mentor Match, we’ll foster meaningful professional connections; Poder Latina will continue to champion Latina leadership in construction; and Leadership 360 will support the development of well-rounded, next-generation industry leaders. Together, these efforts are designed to empower our members with practical tools, mentorship, and training to thrive in today’s construction landscape.
