NHCA-San Diego

San Diego, celebrated for its idyllic coastal setting and innovative spirit, is rapidly emerging as a frontrunner in sustainable and groundbreaking construction practices. Known for its commitment to environmentally friendly projects and smart city initiatives, San Diego's construction market boasts a rich tapestry of residential, commercial, and public developments. This sector not only enhances the city's beautiful landscape but also provides ample opportunities for community engagement, economic growth, and technological innovation. The inauguration of the NHCA's new chapter in San Diego exemplifies our resolve to engage with this dynamic market, providing Hispanic construction professionals a distinct platform to network, foster skill development, and spearhead industry leadership.

Chapter Focus 2024

In the coming year, the NHCA San Diego Chapter will prioritize Bidding & Estimating, helping members develop competitive, standardized methods for project proposals. Through the Poder Latina initiative, we will also focus on empowering women in construction, fostering leadership and growth for Latina contractors. We aim to enhance Contract Management skills to safeguard member businesses, while also expanding Development Capital opportunities and providing guidance on Underwriting practices to help navigate project financing. These efforts will equip our members with the tools for growth and success in the construction industry.
